Our weekly meetings begin at 6.30 am every Thursday with breakfast and energetic and engaging networking.

It’s not all breakfast and banter. We have ad-hoc events, invited speakers and training sessions throughout the year, open to our visitors and guests.
Sunrise Networking – 60 Second Swap 19th December
The 60 second swap is always a popular theme. Every member has to present the 60 seconds for each other; dressing up and friendly jokes are encouraged – with plenty of entertainment for our visitors and guests. You can watch some of our previous attempts on YouTube.
